God promises to be with you in all seasons of life, whether joyful or sorrowful. No matter how dark, depressing, or hopeless the situation may seem, your faithful Father is with you because His love never fails.
Paul embraced suffering. His inability to rid himself of the “thorn” (whatever it was) or avoid difficult circumstances showcased God’s power working in and through him. Paul preached the gospel, but God was doing the work of saving sinners and building churches. It was God who was strong.

So much of our time, energy and resources are consumed with trying to find and keep peace with family members, friends, and neighbors.But often, no matter how hard we try, peace eludes us. The war in our minds and hearts rages on and on. Where can we find peace?
